Returns & Refund Policy

In case you receive damaged items or in case you wish to change the size of a product ordered (i.e. t-shirt) please notify us immediately using the below contact details, quoting the order/ transaction number of your purchase (from the order invoice received), and listing the product(s) which is/are damaged or the product(s) for which you wish to change the size.

The product(s) must be returned in their original condition including all packaging and tags as initially delivered to you in order to exchange it for another one.

We will not issue you with a refund of the amount paid for the item(s) returned.

Delivery and Shipping Details

Delivery of the product(s) will be undertaken by a courier of our choice to the shipping address provided by you. You will bear the cost for the delivery of the product(s).

You must make sure that you have provided the correct and complete address to which the order will be delivered. In the case of providing a false or faulty address – an extra cost will be charged for a new delivery to the correct address. Please note: We cannot ship or deliver goods to P.O. boxes or to any address outside of the Republic of Cyprus.
